My first project for IKEA was to design and implement a vitality area which is a media within each department of the store used to inspire enthusiasm, energy and desire amongst the target audience whilst communicating a story, theme or social event.


After using WGSN and researching upcoming trends for 2017 I decided I wanted to create interest by depicting a tropical jungle. I selected products I felt were cohesive with this theme and implemented the project from initial inspiration up-to final fitting, receiving highly positive feedback from all quarters.
